If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Mini Stackable product you have purchased please contact ORGANIZED CRAFTER for a Return Authorization Number. Any items being returned with out this number will be sent back to the sender. Items may be returned within one year, undamaged, in the original boxes, for a full credit of the original purchase price plus original shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restrictions on Use of Materials: This site is owned and operated by First Choice Products Inc. No material from bestscrapbookshelf.com, bestorganizer.com, bestcraftorganizer.com, organizedcrafter.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by First Choice Products Inc. may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way unless permission has been expressly granted by First Choice Products Inc.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. is committed to your total satisfaction. If your purchase is damaged or defective please contact us toll free at 1-866-719-2988 within 14 days of delivery. We require photos of the damaged box as well as the damage piece or pieces. You must keep the original packaging for Fed-Ex to pick up the damage piece or pieces in. We will then be able to issue a claim and send out replacement parts.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return the product you MUST contact ORGANIZED CRAFTER by email or phone for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Any items being returned with out a Return Authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Items being returned must be in original boxes and be un-damaged. Once the items have been received in our warehouse a credit will be issued.

SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship all (in stock) orders within four business days of receiving them. Any items which may be "out of stock" will be shipped as soon as possible after they are received from our manufacturers.
